and always put it first in all endeavors as am always realistic when establishing fundamental goals in life. I
consistently set ways to efficiently achieve, and often exceed, those goals as an imperative step towards enhancing
my professional viability.

I would want to develop into an enhanced creative thinker who like exploring alternative solutions to
problems with an open mind concerning what will work best. I anticipate that my creativity should mold me into an

Currently I live in Texas, United States. The place is conducive for personal stay due to the availability of all

whereas deterioration of hard-work and loss of focus could refer to operational failure. Consequently, achieving a
stable and well educated family that works cohesively in the spirit of togetherness and cooperation is an indicator of
achieving operational success at the family level. This assertion is a reverse to the creation of wrangles and
continuous disagreements in the family which could refer to family failure.
Subsequently, advancing and bettering individual skills and experience in life is an important demonstration
of continuous success at the professional level whereas failing to improve technical experience could imply
operational failure at the professional level. It is important to engage in sustainable research through continuous
consultations and synergistically practicing networking as a strategy to ensure that there is effective achievement of

the state government is advantageous due to the associated pay increases. Moreover, this pay increases might be

It will be vital to work in the telecommunications industry. This industry is technologically sensitive and is

Despite them being Non-Governmental Organizations, AMREF and Red-Cross command a large share in
the medical industry. The two organizations are continuously improving in terms of performance and global
coverage. These commitment and struggles account for their continuous leadership in the medical and health sector.

AMREF and Red-Cross face stiff competition both at local and international labor markets. Some of the
chief competitors include locally operated hospitals as well as government owned firms seeking to offer affordable
care to its people. However, these competitors face the challenge of inadequate access to capital as well as

If it is Red Cross, I will work at the headquarters that is Washington, DC. If it is AMREF, I will migrate to
Nairobi, Kenya. Migrating to Kenya will change my personal life due to the need to mingle with other people.
However, being adventurous, it will empower my family members for it being a developing countries due to the
experience of the challenges succumbed in developing nations.
19. Are you willing to travel and/or relocate? Why or why not? How would this affect you in terms of PFP?
As a hardworking and industrious individual who is committed to achieving personal, family and
professional sustainable excellence, it will be vital to travel to any country despite its location from the current play
of stay. Travelling over and experiencing fun with networking and collaboration with other corporate members is a
personal objective that will have a good opportunity to be achieved. However, travelling will have synergistic
impact to the enhancement of personal values, it may either accelerate family differences or strengthen them but
