Immigration has always been a topic for American debates, but in 1990 had an impact because of the increase in Mexican immigrants. This isn’t a first for Mexicans being in the U.S. it was just this particular neighborhood that disagreed with them in Farmville. The business owners did not have an issue, the job was getting done and it was for a cheap price, and the apartment owners did not care either as long as their monkey was coming in. with the divide of the neighborhood different radical groups arose and animosity grew against the undocumented Mexicans. They said they were being invaded but the jobs being taken were the ones no one else there wanted. Two cases occurred to increase the hate on both parts of the groups, immigrants and the citizens against them.
The town, recruited the organization FAIR, had a resource distributive justice point of view. They were to have areas for the immigrants to go to when they are in need of work which helps with the problem that citizens had against them loitering around the stores. The second was the advocate immigration policies that would best serve the American people now and for the future. But this involvement only heightened more anti-Mexican groups and to this day this disagreement is still the main topic. Many of the people are acting on just their ID which is reflecting only by emotion thus taking everything to the extreme such as these anti groups. Thinking of this as an ego standpoint, yes people are mad about the harm being caused but it is not like harm was none to start. Same as when someone is pushed to the end with nothing they will result to violence to get what they would need to survive for a while.
For the common good, you are looking for good for all because there is no foreigner in the lands of god. As a utilitarian, you are looking for the greater good and not just the looking out for the majority of people. The good for business standpoint is the more people you have the more you will have to work in general not just in a specific place creating more GDP for the US. As I said before making someone a citizen will not stop any violent tendencies because we have crime in the US by our own born citizens. So you can not include these statistics without looking at everything because they are not the only ones creating trouble. Going back to being a steward as people we should want to look out for the less fortunate and not condemn them for being low. By sharing our wealth will increase theirs, ours, then us as a people.

From this case study we can see that the Mexicans migrated to America with all great intentions in mind and just like almost any other immigrant they were innocently looking for greener pastures. Just like the Africans went to America with the hope of finding opportunities that will benefit them and their families back home at least so they can escape poverty (Barrett, 2015). The Mexicans who run to the United States to seek a chance to better their lives and when they came they occupied the states where life a little bit manageable as to what they were used to in Mexico.
At first they filled Texas, California and North Carolina before they started moving to New York City (Barton, 2016). This Mexicans took over the ‘small jobs’ that most Americans shied away from. They did so well because they charged much less until everyone wanted to hire them. In a moment they brought the rest of them from back home until they filled the cities and became more than the Americans themselves. The crime rates increased and there were increased cases of members found on the streets loitering a lot. This really pissed them off and decided to chase them out so they can the streets to themselves again.
Soon after their cropped up a group of activists and religious leaders who wanted to harmonize the situation and bring it to some kind of serenity (Barrett, 2015). That is how Day Laboring was born, it was meant to protect the immigrants and residents as well, and some of the religious leaders were of the vision that the immigrants actually helped the economy grow substantially. Since then there has been a number of organizations that have cropped up to protect all immigrants and give them a voice.
