Literature Review
This section is one of the most important sections of the proposal. It should cover the following
A background of FinTech (their opportunities, their threat to various aspects of financial institutions)- Christensen disruptive innovation theory should be incorporated in the discussion. The review should not just be a discussion but a synthesis of opportunities discussed in literature (consider opportunities such as technology, social, financial/economic- (i.e online crowdfunding and their alternative ways of raising capital), and policy and regulation- (i.e. the difficulty in regulating Fintech firms as they require state-of-the-art reporting infrastructure and lapses in existing policies)

I am considering Institutional Pressures (institutional theories) to come out from response review aspects such as responsiveness, agility and so on.
