For this Assignment, you will write a 3-5 page analytic essay analyzing your own ethical and moral code. This assignment is an assessment of where you see yourselves NOW vis a vis your sense of core human values, and thinking forward about developing professional values to guide ethical decision-making.
Read the Guidelines on Multicultural Education, Training, Research, Practice, and Organizational Change for Psychologists, which can be found in Doc Sharing, reflect upon what these guidelines mean to you as a person and a professional. Now that you have embarked on some self-analysis, think about how might you incorporate the Guidelines on Multicultural Education, Training, Research, Practice, and Organizational Change for Psychologists to make an ethical decision when working with a diverse population?
