Unlike the current department in which you work, this other department does not align with your educational background or professional interests. The Management Trainee Program Manager has asked if you would consider switching mid-rotation into this Department where you have no expertise or experience, you have two days to weigh your options and provide him with your decision.
-What factors would you consider in deciding whether to take this position? Outline what you would see as the pros or cons of either decision.
