1. The patients will be expected to wait no longer than 5 minutes to see the doctor
2. The waiting room environent will meet the needs and expectations of patient while they wait and for expected demands of the patients on future visits (see p. 26 attachment)
3. Each doctor will have 20 scheduled appointments a day (480 minutes/20 units = 24/minute visits, see p.25)
