Write a program that analyzes the Dow Jones Index for the first nine months of the year.
Instructions:
Your program should read the attached file named dya.txt which contains the closing value for the Dow Jones Index (DJI) for January
through September of this year, as provided on the Measuring Worth website
(http://measuringworthx:orn/datasets/DJA/). Each line in the file contains a date (you can read this as a String) and the closing DJA for
that date Assume that you do not know how many lines of data are in the file so that your program will work with any number of lines
and any dates.
When you are finished reading the file, your program should output

The percentage of closing values that are above 18,000
•
The lowest closing value and the corresponding date
•
The average closing value to 2 decimal places.

As you develop your program, work with a small subset of the data so you can easily verify whether your results are correct.

and count the closing values. Then add code to count the closing values above 18,000 and calculate the percentage; then add the code
to find the highest value, and finally add the code to calculate the average of all the values.
