• Justify any specific focus if you choose to explore any in particular depth. Difficulties • Discuss any generic obstacles first (e.g. management being busy, reactive, cost focused; HR as primarily a service function in many organisations, under resourced etc.). • Also discuss any particular difficulties obstacles that relate to certain types of specific initiatives – particularly those you have discussed in more detail.
