What an interesting post regarding gender. Whether true or not, I do not believe anyone would dare try to prove that women are “weak leaders” so there is a bias there.
Would you both agree how difficult it can be to be a female leader? I’ve noted that while we have a different set of soft skills and compassion, we are also need as “too assertive” (there is another word for this in colloquial language). I see male leaders coach their employees and the recipients have no issue but if a female were to say the exact same thing, there would be a different response.
