I need a 5 page paper written on product liability law by Sunday @ 5pm ET.

Your paper will be due by midnight of the Sunday of Week 6 in the Central Time Zone (July 12).
I have attached the Course Paper Checklist to this post. As you write your paper, refer to the checklist document to ensure your paper has all of the required components.

Your paper should include:

1. a title page

2. an abstract

References need to be scholarly as opposed to dotcom websites. Wikipedia is not a scholarly source. Try Google Scholar or the Park Virtual Library.

2. The Paper is due in Week 6. Specifically, the paper is due by midnight of the Sunday of Week 6 in the Central Time Zone. Please turn in the paper to the dropbox via an attachment in Rich Text Format or as a Word document. Please check your paper for viruses before you send it.
Requirements:

What am I looking for in a paper?I will grade based on content, organization, readability, and grammatical correctness.

Research: At least seven references are required for this paper. Please use at least one Internet source and one hardcopy source (a book or journal article, for example) in your paper. I recommend going to a library and researching your topic there. Find several books on your topic. You also have access to the Park Virtual Library (located in the Webliography under “other resources”). (Students deployed to remote locations like Korea are not required to use a hardcopy source as they are not able to go to the library. Please note that you are in Korea so I won’t count off points.) References need to be scholarly as opposed to dotcom websites. Wikipedia is not a scholarly source. Try Google Scholar or the Park Virtual Library.

Limit quotations: The content needs to be your work and in your words. Please avoid long quotations. If you’re going to quote from a source verbatim, limit that to 10% of the paper. For example, if your paper is five pages long, only 1/2 a page can be quoted material. Longer quotes can be placed in an appendix at the end of the paper. The appendix will not count as part of the body of the paper. ____________________________________________________________

Readability means how well the paper flows. Avoid passive voice/verbs and excessive wordiness. In particular, avoid passive phrases such as “it is” or “there are.” Diction should be at college level.

Grammatical Correctness, 25 points

Grammatical correctness includes spelling errors, grammatical errors including subject-verb agreement and misuse of or lack of punctuation, and adherence to APA style in citation formatting.

· Edit your finished draft at least twice (once for organization and once for grammar mistakes).

· Wikipedia is not a reliable resource and cannot be quoted or used as a source in any Business Law papers. Why? Basically, anyone can add to Wikipedia. That makes it unreliable. To get around this, you can go to sources cited by authors in Wikipedia, check to see if the material cited is there, and cite the original source.

· When and how do I turn in this paper? The paper is due by midnight of the Sunday of Week 6 in the Central Time Zone. Turn in the paper to the dropbox via an attachment in Rich Text Format or as a Word document. Please check your paper for viruses before you send it. Note: If the dropbox isn’t working, email me with your paper. Keep electronic file copies of all materials submitted until you receive your grade in this class. E-mail is not 100% reliable. You might want to send a copy of your assignments to your work e-mail address. Without documentation that you sent your paper on time, you won’t receive credit for your work.

· Can the main body of the paper be longer than five pages? Yes, it can be up to seven pages, but it must be five full pages.

Special Attention Please:

· Your paper must be original work—not work already submitted in another class. Doing so will result in a grade of 0 for the paper. You have to do a new paper on a new topic in this class.

· Do not plagiarize (copying or using the work of others without giving them credit).
