I chose to go with Halogen Software for the 360-degree assessment. The reason I picked them is because not only do they offer different types of surveys, depending on your position, but also offer different solutions to increase your ‘score’ so that you can become a more effective leader.
I have also been apart of a number of 360-degree surveys while in the military, but they are more commonly referred to as a common climate survey. So all in all I guess I am neutral to whether they are helpful or not.
