Evaluate elements of the decision making process in intelligence agencies.
Module Activities:
Students will read Chapters 3, 11, and 13 of the required text.
There are two written assignments: The first paper which you will work is due at the end of Week 7. The second is due at the end of Week 8.
Week 7 Paper: Examine the elements of a High Performance Organization (HPO) and a Learning Organization. Explore how information technology contributes to making an organization a high performance organization and a learning organization. Select an organization represented by one of the team members, examine the role of IT as a strategic capability and prepare a set of recommendations to use IT in order to make the organization a High Performance and a Learning Organization. The report should be in 1750 to 2850 words.
