1. April Battiste Student Post Operational Level: Data that can be required at an operational level is, customer name, address, shipping method, items ordered and quantities. Even though mangers at this level can sometimes be considered the “lower level” they still hold a very important task when it comes to logistics, organizing data and information.
Managers at all organizational levels must carry out certain functions, including leading, organizing, controlling and planning. For front line managers, the emphasis is on leadership. They are the operational level, the managerial level, and strategic level. The operational level is just as important as the managerial and strategic levels while encompassing more of the functional areas.
