Question
Need help writing lab report on Unknown bacteria Number 8 which was identified as Pseudomonas Aeruginosa.
Tests and results were :one unknown bacteria cultured it into Nutrient agar incubated at 37 degrees cesius for 48hrs.
Observation:creamy in color then gram staining was done,which was gram negative rods seen. blood agar plate was used to grow the bacteria to find which interfron which beta was observed.
oxidase was done to test for glucose fermentation and no color change was observed that identified it as Pseudomonas aeruginosa
Procedure was:unknown 8- culture in nutrient agar plate(-creamy color)-gram staining( Gram Negative rod)-hemolysis(beta)-oxiadase(non-glucose fermenter).
