The women explained how the car did not belong to them and that Tiffany had borrowed it from a friend. After their respective arrests, the officers found recreational amounts of marijuana in the purses of both women. Tiffany and Heather are hopeful that all the evidence of drug possession can be excluded from admission in evidence due to a Fourth Amendment violation.
