For your final exam, you are expected write an Applied Learning Paper (4-5 pages in the first-person, yet APA format) in which you will personally reflect on your entire course experience this term. To assist you in this process, you are required to answer the following questions listed below and then post your paper in the PHI 301 (Online) Final Exam & Paper Drop BoxMake sure you personally (in first person, singular) address everyaspect of the issue using sound, critical thinking standards and submit it by the deadline below.

1. How you have specifically developed as a critical thinker personally and professionally as a healthcare practitioner because of this course? In particular, review your pre-test scores (personal and professional) and your rationale you gave during the first week of the course and then identify what scores you would give yourself now after having been through the course. What score(s) changed and why? Also, indicate at what critical thinking development level(e.g. unreflective, challenged, beginning) you think were at and why at when you began the course and then identify the level you believe you are at now (and why) at the end of the term. If you changed/grew as a critical thinker, describe how and why. [You will have to retrieve/review your pre-test from Week 1 drop box to complete your final.]

2.Which of the experiences/assignments/topics/aspects of the entire course most impacted you and why? (Be specific.) Identify at least three things.

3. In light of the course objectives and your answers to Questions #1 and #2 above and because of your course experience(s) this past semester, how are you now better equipped as a person and a healthcare professional to think and function more effectively in our ever-increasingly, changing diverse world? (Be specific.)

You should carefully review it for the specific, required expectations on which you will be graded by Professor Moravec. Your entire paper must be posted in the Drop Box by no later than 1:00 pm next Wednesday. (Note: Absolutely NO late papers will be accepted and will earn a 0 score.)
