Recurring Steps in the Process  In this assignment, you will expand on the concept that needs assessment, program design and development, and program evaluation are recurring steps in an ongoing process.  For this assignment, you will present to a broad-based audience of community leaders a review of what has been accomplished (based on what you learned in the previous assignments) and what you recommend as next steps for both the Ruby Lake and the Shoals neighborhoods.  Please read the objectives and the Recurring Steps in the Process Scoring Guide carefully to ensure that you are meeting the requirements and grading criteria for this assignment.  For this presentation, you will use either PowerPoint or Prezi.
