The main tasks of the project report are to:
• Identify an organization that you believe may have some background in the application of B2B
marketing theories in its operations.
• Provide a detailed background of the organization, including its goals and objectives, and
explore / identify the nature of the B2B marketing the organization is currently involved in or
have adopted.
• Analyse the current B2B marketing strategies of the organization (in the four areas of product,
price, promotion and distribution; and others).
• Comment on the effectiveness of the current strategies and identify any inadequacy in the
strategies & or its strategic approach.
• Conclude your report and make recommendations for appropriate B2B marketing strategies
that the organization should pursue.
The report will consist of the following points: Executive summary Introduction and background of the organization The B2B marketing approach followed by the organization B2B Marketing Opportunities, Current & Potential Customer Market Segments- Domestic &
International Marketing Channels The current B2B marketing strategies pursued by the organization Conclusion References
Graphs, Charts etc can be used in the report.
