Read the Case Study- “Management analysis and decision making” and the required reading material and write a 3 page paper in which you will address the following:
The last part of the case study includes 5 points that should be used as a basis for your conversation with your managers and supervisors. As a preparation to that meeting, prepare a 2 page paper in which you will address each of the five points. Then, in 1 page explain:
1. What kind of decision do you face?
2. What are some of your decision-making challenges?
