The purpose of this paper is to present ahealthcare human resources issue from the health care field (thus there must be some sort of healthcare controversy), research the literature, analyze the alternatives, and present a conclusion (take a stand). Potential healthcare topics may include healthcare issues related to diversity, globalization, change management, conflict resolution, competencies, engagement, learning organizations, managing contract workers, telework, etc. The nursing shortage is not an acceptable topic. Your Human Resource issue must show application in a healthcare organization not a general application that would fit any organization.For exampleif you chose recruitmentdo not write a paper on recruitment in general. Write about recruitment of healthcare personnel. You can choose your own topic, post it in the discussion threads for instructor review, feedback and approval. If a topic has already been chosen, select a different topic.
