6050You need to collect real data set including inter-arrival time and service time from a service facility (3-4 hours long). It could be any company from retail stores to bank or even university bookstore. The goal is to find out the optimal number of servers. You can use the queuing templates that I discussed in class (also available on Black Board) to perform the sensitivity analysis on the results.
