1. Select a corporate to apply ERM COSO framework & justify your answer that why it requires ERM COSO framework and how it will be implemented at all four (4) levels.
2. Apply eight ERM (8) interrelated components to identify, categorize and prioritize different risks at different implementation levels in a corporate.
3. Create & represent all risks identified into Risk Assessment Matrix, Risk Treatment Matrix and Risk Register

· The separate individual sections of the deliverables should be clearly separated by a section dividing sheet that clearly indicates the author of that section.
· Each individual section must use proper citing techniques and have a separate research references list/bibliography etc. at the end of that section
· Your report(s) must combine all the deliverables in one coherent document.
