Then determine what the best contract format for the assignment scenario is in your opinion. 5. Determine the purpose of the source selection evaluation plan (Dr. Vic’s Tips: This portion deals with Compton, Ch. 10 and FAR 15.3, you will also want to review your response to Week 5 DB1).
6. Create ranking of criteria for evaluation plans for this scenario. (Dr. Vic’s Tips: please review the section entitled, RANKING OF CRITERIA on p.p. 126-131 of Compton Ch. 10 for information relevant for this question).
