After you know about your “True Color” personality type (remembering that it’s a “type” and not a science) you will choose ONE person in your life you seem to clash with more often than with other people.
You should attempt to give them the “True Colors” test. They should think that was the end of the assignment. Then, you should score the test and see what color they turned out to be. You may find that they are your opposite. You are not required to turn in their test scores. 1. What about their “world color view” was most difficult for you?
2. What trait of theirs do you now see as more beneficial than you once thought?
3. How did they respond when you reacted to them in their preferred manner?
4. When would this skill (being able to “speak other colors”) be advantageous?
