CMAP GO to 2040 is a comprehensive plan of the development of Chicago areas. One of the four chapters in this project is called “Livability Community”. Livabilitys

community to raise, grow and changes based on local characteristics, needs and wants. In order the user (CMAP) would be able to input a point or line and a tool would
analyze the “livability” of the area around, it needs to have a tool to quantify the livability of neighborhoods by using 14 indicators to evaluate an area in Chicago
districts with adjust the distance. As a final output, one of the projects goals is to create a web page (Online map) for users to give their opinion toward the range
of livable housing.
