This program will allow a theoretical administrator to create and maintain employee information files, while also allowing other users on network to access the file in a read only state. The program will create a network share folder upon its first execution that will be used to store the documents created in the next step. The program will create individual text documents that will contain the employee’s name, birthdate, address, and telephone number. The text input will be prompted and controlled by employing a GUI.
