- Do you think speed is more important or accuracy in your keyboard skill building and why?
- If you currently type at your job, is it important to your supervisor that you type quickly, accurately, or both?
- If you currently don’t type at your job, ask some friends that you know who type at their job and ask him or her, what is important speed, accuracy, or both?

Keyboarding Occupations
We typically think of occupations related to keyboarding as office personnel such as administrative assistants and/or office managers, etc., however, as we all know this assumption is incorrect! There are several jobs out there today that require proficiency on the keyboard.
Can you list some jobs that require keyboarding skills in order to operate within that specific occupation? For example, motion picture producers and directors must be proficient with the keyboard as much of their daily tasks involve editing film by use of the PC. Please list a few occupations that you are aware of that require proficiency on the keyboard.
