13349In this discussion, you will examine the principles and characteristics of an empowered workplace as related to quality management. Address the discussion topic after you have completed your reading. Be sure to post at least three times over three separate days, with your first post made by Saturday of the unit week. Deming realized that “there are two sources of quality problems: faulty systems (85 percent probability) and the production worker (15 percent probability)” (Manning & Curtis, 2021, p. 184).
