1. Build-A-Bear Experience” Please respond to the following:
• From the first e-Activity, examine the wheel of retailing and how it applies to Build-A-Bear experience. Determine the manner in which you would apply it to the Build-A-Bear retail store in order to address the company’s marketing strategy and address what other areas of the retail marketing mix you could use to increase customer satisfaction and higher sales.
• From the case study, propose key methods for using technology to evolve the store-based strategy mix in order to reach out to your customers and potential customers in China.

2. “Formulating Technology for Retail Marketing” Please respond to the following:
• Examine key methods of marketing for retailing that will target all customers without exclusion. Select one (1) of these methods and apply it to a retail business in which you are interested. Provide justification for your selection.
• From the second e-Activity, examine the fundamental reasons why Build-A-Bear is successful at using technology and nontraditional forms of retailing to increase its image and therefore increase sales. Select another retail area, and propose two (2) ways that you could apply Build-A-Bear’s practices to that area.
