Working at the Elizabeth Grove Primary School, assisting some projects run out that are currently in progress and providing support among the students and the parents aim to promoting their interaction and intake with their school and build up the health development of the students easily. My initial task is to understand the working environments through observation the whole process in the class, working patterns and all other elements related to human service workers. Firstly, establishment of trust and rapport with the students is the first step of my work in order to discovering their potential personality in acts and master completely more regarding of their culture and family background before of conduct interview. I am also tasked with preparing some groups planning among their parents (multicultural dad group) under collaboration with the teachers but not start yet. At the same time, field visit and service directory are needed to promote more interaction with the students parents and school and encourage their participation of the students? activities in order to developing more concern of the students growth and even enhancing the intake to community in different manner.
