Produce a table and score yourself (strong/ok/work to be done) against each showing examples to back up why you feel this way (already done below) then write a short report, approximately 500 words, that summarises your own change agent skills strengths and weaknesses making suggestions as to how you might address the latter.
OBJECTIVES
1. CHANGE AGENTS Sensitivity to changes in key personnel, top management perceptions and market conditions, and to the way in which these impact the goals of the project.

EXAMPLE I have gone through the phase of change in key personnel 3 years ago when GM was changed. I’m adaptable to the changes and always strive to minimise the impacts on the goals.
