Bank of America fired employees they suspected would speak out about fraudulent activity. Wells Fargo fired employees who reported fraudulent activity. JP Morgan Chase made it impossible for a whistle blower to find new employment. Even still, it is important that if you see something, say something. The sooner the fraudulent activity is reported, the less damage it will cause.
10:22 – Whistle blowers are brave. I agree that whistle blowers are brave. When you decide to report an incident, there are a lot of unknowns.
